As a business owner, I evaluate service experiences objectively, and my visit to the West Melbourne location at Hammock Landing was very positive. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. For first-time patients, the process may feel unfamiliar, especially the transition from the exam to reviewing the treatment plan and costs. A brief explanation upfront could help set expectations. That said, I was treated fairly, felt no pressure, and everything I paid for was delivered as explained. The standout was the hygienist—an easy 10 out of 10. She was thorough, clear, and constantly checked in to ensure comfort and understanding. Her professionalism made a noticeable difference. Overall, the experience was handled professionally, and I would confidently recommend this location. C

Everyone here is amazing! I came in nervous and crying, everyone at the front desk made me feel safe, the dentist herself made me feel comfortable and kept telling me how much of a good job I was doing. I personally haven't gone to the dentist in a very long time due to nervousness. I feel extremely lucky that I chose to come here before anywhere else. I highly recommend you put your trust in these people, I promise they'll take care of you!

Good experience for both my son and I from start to finish. This was my 3rd time there and my son's first. Thorough and reasonably priced even without dental insurance. Not pushy. Accommodating appointments. Friendly staff especially Jennifer the Dental Hygienist.

Dr. Diep and his staff were amazing. They were friendly, professional and explained everything clearly regarding my care. The environment was comfortable and welcoming. The best and most impressionable part of my visit was when Dr. Diep called me several days after a crown to check up on me and my pain level. When does that ever happen? The kind and sincere gesture says it all. I found my permanent dentist. I highly recommend Creating Beautiful Smiles.

I have always heard great things about this office and made a new patient appointment right away! There were a couple X-rays but the assistant was so nice and gentle and make sure I was doing ok throughout the whole process. Then we went into the room and they explained the steps that my appointment would go in and what the hygienist would be doing as well as the doctor. Which I liked and made me understand how those two areas can affect each other. They have two doctors but I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Gonzalez who seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very well. In consult they were able to explain the process in which my treatment would follow and cared to help me be able to get my treatment. Highly recommended!
