Aspen Dental - Virginia Beach, VA (Hilltop)

Had a really positive experience at this dental office. As a paraplegic and full-time wheelchair user, accessibility is always a top concern for me, and they made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The office was easy to navigate, and everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the appointment. Definitely appreciated the thoughtful setup.

This is my first time ever leaving a review, but I felt it was important to share my experience at this specific location. The dental staff themselves were excellent—professional, kind, and clearly skilled. Unfortunately, the overall office experience did not meet the same standard. If you have the option, it may be worth driving a bit farther to another location. If not, I strongly recommend making sure you have a clear and complete understanding of all costs and expectations before proceeding (don’t except switches that person will cover that…)

Overall a clean location with very modern corporate technology/techniques. I did feel that from the moment I walked in they had me pegged for their deep cleaning routine which is very pricey by the time you do the multiple follow up appointments (my insurance doesn’t cover it) and they won’t do a regular cleaning until that’s done so not cool... The staff were efficient and nice to me however so if you want to be cautious and can pay the price this is a good place for you to maintain your dental work. I understand the finance opportunities they offer help for some people but I feel it was all a bit too corporate for my comfort so I’ll be getting a second opinion before doing anything.

From the time I walked in to the time I left, I have never had a better experience. From the front desk receptionist Soha to my x-ray tech Kenya, my hygienist Madison, my billing/financing rep Lauren, and my dentist Dr. Tucker, it was a fabulous experience! Everyone was sincere, kind, and professional. I have never been to any establishment where everybody let you know through their actions that they were there for you! Kudos to the First Colonial Aspen Dental team, so glad I found you guys!

Went in for my first appointment and everyone was very friendly and welcoming! My dental assistant Kenya took all 18 of my X-rays so fast. My hygienist Madison was so sweet and just a ray of sunshine. She educated me about the importance of keeping my gums healthy. Dr. Nornoo explained everything that was recommended and really put me at ease. The experience overall was amazing!
