From the beginning of my visit the Aspen team really made me feel comfortable. Two thumbs up for Taleah who came out to welcome me for my exam, really going the extra mile to ease my anxiety and Kristi who showed genuine care and compassion throughout my visit. Dr. Rini and especially Dr. Babu were the greatest in my book. Schileeta was fantastic with helping me, even with my bill. And last but not least Swati wrapped it up with the finishing touch. Staff was nice and polite. Doctor was nice and seemed knowledgeable. But when it came to the billing part and explanation of breakdown of treatment and charges, the office shown its 'face'. They hit me over 9 thousand bill. There was a charge for set of x-rays that they didn't even take because I brought full mounth x-rays taken in other office 4 months ago. They also billed for full mouth deep cleaning plus anesthesia for like $1500. Plus they added few teeth to do crowns, fillings, etc. I asked them politely as what does it cost in their office a regular base teeth cleaning. They refused to answer saying that I am not a candidate for base cleaning. Even if I am not a candidate as they say, they should answer my simple easy question. They didn't. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dental office due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I scheduled my appointment on Monday, March 2nd, and was given an 8:00 AM appointment for March 3rd. I arrived at 7:50 AM, but the doors did not open until exactly 8:00 AM, which was confusing given that my appointment time was 8:00 AM. After signing in, I approached the front desk to provide my insurance card and ID. I was then informed that my insurance was “not a dental plan,” despite the fact that my medical insurance does not issue a separate dental card. Although I had uploaded my insurance information through the patient portal the day I scheduled my appointment, I was required to wait while the office contacted my insurance company to verify co

My wife had a small dental emergency with her gums and we were able to get a quick appt. date. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. After the initial assessment, the front desk staff took her time to explain the costs and procedures needed. The cost was a little more than we were expecting to pay but they were able to help us to obtain financing. All in all my wife was very happy with how everything went. Thank you very much for your patience. We will be back.

I have to say that this was the best experience I've had with any denture or implant business. Not only were they polite but they catered to my exact needs and didn't try to oversell me. The best part about this location is they have an on-site lab so more than likely you can get your new teeth the same day! Also their prices are way more competitive to most dental offices. Ask for the manager who's name is Star, she will help you get whatever you're looking for and the doctors take their time and don't rush things. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!
