Aspen Dental - Tonawanda, NY

The staff is absolutely fantastic!!! The dental staff is extremely caring and understanding. The dental staff were professional, kind and skilled. After, I talked to the dentist about my insurance issues in normal conversation and the Aspin business staff made sure to help me clear it up. They also did everything they could to help me save money on my visits as well. I absolutely will come back again and would recommend this office to anyone!! 10/10

Very professional service..Lynne was amazing. The entire team helped me tremendously. Service included exrays, cleaning, partial lower teeth. I also scheduled a date for tooth extraction. Amazing staff. From the the front office, the hygenists, to the doctors, these people are amazing. I've suffered with dental issues my entire life and have had a "dentist phobia". They put my mind right at ease, we're compassionate, answered every question I had and made the process so simple. I've found my go to place from here on!

I have been a customer for several months now. I have a major fear of the dentist due to trauma being done to me by a dentist years ago causing permanent damage. I have an extensive dental plan and I have been going frequently. The doctors are very knowledgeable. They are kind and compassionate. The dental assistant and the hygienist are also kind. They dealt with my fear and did everything to put my mind at ease. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The office manager is nice, funny and trustworthy. I could go on and on but you get the picture. I’m very pleased.

It was my first time at Aspen and it was a great visit. Got x-rays done,talked to dental hygienist and the Dentist. Got good news and bad news but the bad news can be fixed. Overall I am pleased with how everything went. 1/19/2026, had an 8:30 appointment to replace my crown that came off after 20 years. Exrays and Replacement were completed in half an hour. Great job !!! Thank you.
