Aspen Dental - The Villages, FL

I had a pleasant experience here today. They moved quickly after my insurance was approved. Javed my dental hygienist was so sweet and just kept a smile on his face! My dental hygienist Dan was very informative and well educated he was great! And Dr.Gonzalez was very informative and was able to breakdown everything for me and I greatly appreciate it he was amazing. I’d recommend aspen dental to anyone!

Amazing 👏 🤩 Professional To all of the staff at Aspen you guys are truly the best. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming any caring. The young lady that took my xrays was very careful not to cause me anymore pain than I was in thank you kindly. The hygienist the doctors and assistants worked as a team to ensure that my needs were met in a timely manner. Finally the office manager help make it affordable. i love the culture that they have in this office, I highly recommend this place. To the general public please be nice and kind to this staff they dont deserve anything less. Enjoy your visit I did !

everyone was wonderful. explaimed everything and got everything i needed done that day. i was expecting it to be a long drawn out process since i was a new patient but no.....they got me an appt the next day of my imitial phone call...called me morning of appt and asked if i wanted tooth pulled same day and had me come in earlier than expected. got my office visit, cleaning. a couple fillings, and a tooth extraction the same day. everyone was extrmely pleasant . never had a dental visit like that before.

So if I could leave a zero star review, I definitely would. I Had an appointment set up for 430 and I accidentally went to the wrong place in Lady Lake. Call them mind It’s 345 when I called and told her I was at the wrong place, letting her know I’ll be there in a few the lady on the line huffed or more sighed a very long sigh and replied back with how long is it gonna take you? Mind I’m a new patient and that’s how you treat people wrong type of career for the attitude.

Joan took time to listen and hear me, she understood my frustration. The dentist I met with was straight forward and honest. Something I haven’t experienced ever with all the dentist I have seen.he didn’t judge and he fixed what another office had done. My dentures that were made kept falling apart/ yes teeth kept falling out in under a year of wear 5 in total. He vindicated a process was done incorrectly. He was the only one that saw them/dentures for what it was. He fixed them for no charge. He made me feel like I wasnt some idiot. I knew there was a problem with them.no one was listening But he did. Thank you for seeing me!!
