Jasmine was phenomenal. She made me feel very comfortable and the photo scanning of the teeth process was smooth and easy. Also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I'm actually doing this review for my mom. She absolutely enjoyed her first appointment with Aspen Dental. She started how professional the whole staff was. There was a complete work up done to prepare my mom for her future dental work. She stated the staff was amazing. Dr. Redding had the best bedside manner. And she was very thorough when explaining the dental plan for my mom. Overall the appointment was an absolute success.

Aspen Dental was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and very informative — they took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions without rushing me. I really appreciated how patient they were when it came to discussing payment options, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. They were also very fair with pricing and didn’t try to overcharge like so many dental offices in Atlanta and metro-Atlanta do. I left feeling confident, cared for, and well taken care of. The Initial visit was great! The work they do is awesome. However,they advertise as being able to serve walk in, emergency and same day service. I find that not to be true. I was in excruciating pain after having some dental work done. I called and made an appointment for the next day. I arrived at the time that I was told to be there. Upon arriving, I was informed that they did not see where I had made an appointment and I would not be able to be seen until 1/19/2026. I explained to them that I could not eat or swallow, my mouth was hurting so badly. After having made a call to the cooperate office I was able to be seen after I had been there for three hours.
