Aspen Dental - Sterling, IL

I needed emergency assistance. I found a scheduling phone number via Google and my procedure was complete 3.5 hours later. That time includes a 45 minute drive to Sterling. Ashley B and Angie walked me through the process handling x-rays and hygiene processes efficiently and professionally. Jamie scheduled me for same day services and after care. She also handled billing and payment services quickly and efficiently. Dr. Patel and the entire staff made "It's like pulling teeth" seem like it's not too bad. Thank you to everyone involved.

Jennifer is the best, full of answers and ease of mind. I love my dentist, always listens and addresses my concerns. The person that lead me back and STAYED with me, i have bad anxiety problems, is perfect. She keeps my mind busy with conversation and before you know it, I'm done! I love my ASPEN DENTAL!

I like how friendly the people are that work there Especially my dental hygienist. She is a keeper! Angie does a great job. The Dr. Also took time to come and answer a question I had. I appreciated that too. Thank you Aspen Dental!

My husband had his initial visit today, the entire staff were wonderful. Everyone from Aracelia, Jenna, Dr. Patel, to Jenny(OM) helped us to feel comfortable,answered all of our questions, and were all very kind and personable. Thank you, Sterling Aspen Dental.

I was nervous going in but after walking in I felt at home. Dr. Patel was the best and made sure you were comfortable. If I had a dentist like him as a child I wouldn't of been scared of dentist. Everyone at Aspen are amazing. Would recommend them to everyone.
