Aspen Dental - St. Johns, FL (Pavilion at Durbin Park)

My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I was called back around 9:30. The dental assistants were quick, efficient, and communicated well, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving at 10:30 because the dentist was significantly backed up. I wasn’t given any updates about the delay, so I wasn’t sure what was happening. When the dentist did come by, he mentioned that I hadn’t been forgotten, but at that point I had already been waiting an hour. I understand that delays happen, but I would have appreciated being informed and given the option to reschedule rather than continuing to wait without communication. I’ve never experienced a wait this long at a dental office. It’s disappointing to write this because my family uses Aspen, but this review is specifically regarding

I had a wonderful experience. Met with smiling faces and educated on my teeth and oral care needs. I was met by Indeana who took my X-ray's which is never fun but she provided the utmost care. Dr Mervil then explained all my options and educated me on my oral care needs. Recommend them for your care. Never experienced this level of service at any other dentist

This was my first visit to Aspen dental. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left everyone was wonderful, from the front of the front of the office to the hygienist assistant, the hygienist, and the doctor. I was very pleased with my appointment today. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Bartram
