Aspen Dental - Southern Pines, NC

I went to Aspen Dental specifically for a spreading gum abscess, a serious issue that needed immediate attention. The hygienist did a good job explaining general gum care, but when the dentist came in, she completely ignored my abscess, the very reason I was there. Instead, she told me there was nothing she could do and referred me to an oral surgeon. I explained that in the past, a similar abscess was treated safely in-office with a cleaning, but she refused to consider that option. She also talked down to me, repeatedly reminding me that she had a dental degree and implying I “didn’t know anything,” which was humiliating — especially in front of my child right next to me. She would not provide ANY treatment, cleaning, or even advice beyond the referral, and she was outright dismissive

Great customer service. I had an extremely tight timeline and they were able to help me get in and get everything done when needed. I also appreciated how transparent they were with figuring out your insurance benefits prior which not all practices do. Quick and friendly service from front desk to hygienist to dentist exam with the dentist and assistant Haley, and to billing/back office. All around they did an awesome job!

It was very refreshing to have had S.Reddy as my Doctor and her team, Haylea, and Bethany. They all were very focused, but pleasant to be around. Almost seemed surreal how comfortable I felt at a doctors office. I did feel that something was a little off though, was how happy and content they all seemed to be while at work at 8am. Maybe thats just me though. I will definitely go back...

I look forward to visiting the dentist when its aspen dental. They are very fun and kind. Haley, Kaley and Dana spoke with me during my visit and they made an effort to have a conversation with me, making the appointment feel effortless and fun.

Had a front tooth that chipped & called made an appointment for the next day at 10am. They could have seen me the same day but I had prior appointment. The staff & dentist were very kind, professional, and accommodating! Fixed my tooth & did an excellent job.
