Aspen Dental - Scranton, PA

I am always pleased with my visits to Aspen Dental. The staff are always friendly and very welcoming. The dental hygienist, Corey, is very professional and knowledgeable. I felt extremely comfortable with him while he was cleaning my teeth. He made sure to explain the process of the things he was doing. Overall great experience here. 10/10 stars. 😊

Overall, the people there were really nice but if you have a credit score of 550 or below, don’t waste your time. They offered me a $1800 line of credit at $130 a month and quoted me $6000 worth of work needed to extract 10 upper teeth and get just upper dentures. Was hoping to get something done as I don’t qualify for the cheap Pennsylvania state insurance..…lol the fun never stops

Had a great experience! The nice lady Rosemary was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and I could tell really cares about the people she’s with. These five starts are for her as I don’t enjoy the dentist but she made me feel very calm.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went in for an assessment for tooth pain in November. I was taken to the exam room after x-rays and sat in the chair for an hour and 10 minutes before seeing the dentist. I had plenty of time to admire the old, run down equipment, dirty floors, and outdated everything. Once I finally saw the dentist, I was told I would need a root canal. Since I was uninsured, I told them I would hold off on making an appointment while weighing my options. After getting more information, I decided that waiting was a bad idea, so I called to make an appointment a couple of days later. I was told that the office manager would contact me with an appointment date. I never got a call. Over the next three months, I called multiple times to get info and was always told that I cou

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of stopping by this particular office, where I was greeted promptly by welcoming and inviting staff. The lovely woman helping me, Michaela, was accommodating, knowledgeable, and quick to answer with my plethora of questions. From start to finish my expectations were far exceeded, and I will definitely be returning in the near future!
