Wonderful experience with a great team of professionals. I am a very apprehensive patient but for the first time in years I actually felt comfortable sitting in a dentist chair. My level of care was exceptional and i was able to relax knowing i was in capable, but caring hands. Dr. Neil and his crew are remarkable.

End of my appointment at Aspen Schenectady office , I said to Tami , multiple operations manager and my husband “ Why didn’t we come to Aspen ? “ before . From beginning to end from front desk staff , x ray tech, hygienist, Dentist Dr. Tina was absolutely amazing, gentle and so attentive. Dr. Tina listened all my concerns , explain to me what is causing my toothache , what is the best treatment to take care of the issue , showing and explaining my x ray what is going on, what we are actually looking in my image . She is an excellent provider . Tami scheduled my appointments, went through approximate cost , payment plans options and she was so honest , so attentive . Thank you to all Schenectady office for their supportive service and easing my anxiety because like many people I get nervo

Very friendly staff, very upbeat atmosphere. I was very happy with Doctor Lee, Shana up front, Laneisha as dental assistant, and Danielle the hygienist. Any dentist office is expensive these days, no much you can do about that.

The staff were incredibly nice, but they really blindsided me with pricing. I just moved to the area and was due for my 6 month cleaning. I have never had any problems with my teeth, but they told me i needed an in depth gum cleaning… for $3k. After explaining that I couldn’t afford that, she ran it under insurance, bringing it to $1,600. I insisted on just getting the baseline cleaning until I could afford the one they wanted. The baseline would be covered under my insurance and my previous dentist had no problem doing it before, and they had never recommended any other type of cleaning. Again, the staff was kind, but she told me they didn’t feel “comfortable” doing the normal cleaning and could only do the one that would be $1,600. I understand that there are many moving parts that go into a patient feeling heard and comfortable, and sometimes things don’t land the way they’re intended.
