Aspen Dental - Saratoga Springs, NY

I wanted to love it here. The dentist himself is amazing but the billing department should be ashamed of themselves. I was quoted $1200 for a crown and cleaning to which I agreed and paid. After cleaning half of my mouth they told me I had to come back for the other half and it would be another $400 on top of the extra $50 they claimed my insurance didn’t cover. Why on gods green earth would I agree and pay to only clean half of my teeth. I walked out in tears I would of NEVER signed up for a $800 cleaning….not to mention according to my insurance this type of cleaning is $78 out of pocket cost. This place will lie to get more money out of you … BEWARE !!!! What a scam !!!!!

Had a horrible experience with a previous dentist in another State (just moved to the area) where a filling was not filed down correctly, even after a second visit to correct my bite. That filling eventually fell out after 6 months. My experience at Aspen Dental was a night and day difference; no BS! My dentist confidently walked me through what he was going to do, and got the job done. Excellent be side manner as well as expertise in the procedure. I am now chewing with the right side of my mouth that I haven’t been able to in about 7 months thanks to Aspen Dental.

This has been a great experience. Staff is amazing as is the Dr.Trehan They’re always running on time, and they’re very polite and well versed in their craft. The office is clean too which is huge.. Nicole the op manager is thorough and helped me a lot .Will always greeted me with a smile and a nice hello. The dental assistants Sarah and Meghan did a great job getting me through the long process of implants and Abi working the lab was great. Her work was impeccable. Everything was explained clearly and if I had a question they’d give me an answer and made sure I understood. I look forward to my in going care with this team of very qualified dental professionals

I had an appointment in which I had high anxiety about. I was afraid the doctor was going to tell me I had to pull the remaining teeth I had. He came up with a treatment plan that helped save my teeth. The whole staff from front to back were amazing. They kept me calm. They were all knowledgeable and were very compassionate about my situation. Jen at consultation was very helpful and took the time to explain how scheduling and payments would work. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and friendly staff.

Great experience. Got in right away, all staff was very pleasant and helpful. Office seemed very organized. Doctor was very informative, and went over everything in detail with props so I could see exactly what he was talking about.
