The Dentist and staff at Aspen Dental is more than professional, they were caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all they have kept me comfortable at the same time they gave me an amazingly beautiful smile. They knew my stress level was through the roof yet they kept me calm and pain free. Thank you Aspen Dental for a job well done and exceeding my expectations.

I scheduled a routine cleaning exam (new patient). They called to confirm and told me it would be a full comprehensive exam with x-rays and then the doctor would discuss a “treatment plan”- which doesn’t make sense bc I wasn’t going in for any issues. I told them I am pregnant so I wouldn’t be able to do x-rays and she told me they would have to cancel my appointment because they wouldn’t do the cleaning without x-rays. This has never been an issue with any other dentist. This just tells me they are only in it to make money.

I have never had such a good experience at a dental office. The place was amazing??? Everyone was so friendly and made you feel like family. They took their time to do one on one with you for your personal needs not wasn't rushed or poorly done. I had X-rays and complete examination of all my teeth to see what I needed to have done.. I am missing a few teeth due to domestic violence and they went over the best ways to replace the teeth that are missing and did an amazing cleaning .. the financing was great as well . And so I will definitely recommend them to anyone for your dental needs as well as for myself going to get my teeth fixed and finally gets partials for my missing teeth. It was an Amazing experience .. I can't say one bad thing about Aspen Dental in Rock Hill ... Thank you A

Aspen does get you in quickly however they are a money hub! They charged me for services scheduled a month out and also for fluoride that I declined a week prior. I called them for a refund due to them half cleaning my daughter’s teeth and they refused to give me my money back for the fluoride. I informed her the date and time the call was made and that they are recorded and she still refused to provide refund! Stay away from Aspen in Rock Hill , it’s a huge franchise and they care nothing about patients!

Kiara the hygienist was amazing! She examined my teeth, cleaned my teeth with effort and patience, and had amazing customer service. I would recommend her to anyone at ANY day of ANY hour at ANY MINUTE. GREATNESS!!!
