Had to get a filling done on a back molar, was super nervous due to fear of needles but when Dr.Shekari administered the local anesthetic I didn’t even feel the needle nor the anesthesia being injected. Procedure was handled efficiently by the Dr and the dental assistant Carol. Both the assistant and Dr made the procedure feel like a breeze, and managed to reassure me that they would take care of me through the entire process. Even when I came in 2024 for my wisdom tooth removal the oral surgeon Dr.Hayes and the assistant took amazing care of me, got me in and out in 20 mins. If you have dental anxiety I would suggest aspen dental. The staff is amazing from the receptionist, to the dental assistants, hygienists and even the doctor himself.

Scheduling for this location is handled through a corporate call center rather than by in-house staff. I was informed that they have been short-staffed without a dental hygienist for quite some time and are still catching up from the past eight months. After waiting for my appointment, I was taken back only to be told they would not be able to complete the full service I had scheduled and that I would need to return later that day or on a different day to finish. Everyone I interacted with was very kind, but overall the experience felt disorganized and poorly coordinated.

I drove from WY to come here. Not knowing what to expect. Dr. Shekari was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and had a great personality. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. Knowledgeable, quick to help, and never felt rushed with the tons of questions I had. The dentures I got fit perfectly. This is a testament to Dr. Shekari and his amazing staff. It was way faster than I expected. I am beyond pleased.

I feel like they over book their appointments or short staff. I waited in the waiting room for over a hour. Staff was nice and polite. After the checkup they asked me to wait again for scheduling and then was another 45 mins. I’m not going back to this place because of their schedules and cost of dental work.

If I could give a negative star review I would. My husband needed dental work prior to a heart procedure. This business was going to do the dental work, and quoted a specific price. They said he needed 12 extractions and a bunch of other work, along with dentures. They kept putting everything off even though it was explained to them that this was a life or death situation. The next thing they said was that the extractions needed to be done by their oral surgeon. My husband had the appointment scheduled for a Saturday, and went in for a pre-op on Friday. He was told at that appointment that they needed another $5k up front, which we didn't have. I was finally able to get him in to a different dentist and this dentist said he didn't need near as much of the work that Aspen said he
