Aspen Dental - Quakertown, PA

We had such a great experience at Aspen Dental. My mother-in-law was extremely nervous about her appointment knowing she was going to need an extraction, but the entire team truly went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and safe. From the manager Jazlin, who helped me get a last minute appointment for her set up asap, to the manager at the front desk that welcomed us when we got there and everyone on the rest of the team were welcoming, kind, and so helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of her questions, and made sure she felt reassured and comfortable every step of the way. You could genuinely feel that they cared about her comfort and well-being. It made such a difference for a family who struggles with dental anxiety. We are so grateful for

I don't think I've ever written a negative review. I usually disregard negative reviews because I know people are complainers - so please know this is genuine regarding the unprofessionalism. All I wanted was a cleaning. That is literally all I came in for but I realize as a first time patient, they probably need to get a baseline. They did 16 XRays which was whatever. Then I get checked out by doc and was told that I was pretty much good to go after a few minor recommendations I don't really care about right now. Then the Office manager came in and was about to send me on my way and I asked about the cleaning. Apparently a dentist office only has 1 hygienist that was unavailable? Received their aligners, followed the process and weekly shifts/instructions religiously but when I finished there was a noteable lack of change. I express this to them and ask for a new set of adjustments/refinements. They take new scans and tell me they placed the order for a new one. It never comes. We go back and forth for over six months - (I.e. I am the one who calls they say they will call back with information, they never do. ) After months and now two scans (after apparently the first scan wasn’t found) they finally have the new adjustments, only to find they were not even the adjustments. It was the wrong item. At this point I just request a refund- I’m exhausted and spent $3k on aligners that did not work. After weeks (again) of me calling for an answer they agree to 30% and sta

I had a very positive experience at this Aspen location. Management and the front desk staff were welcoming and professional. My X-rays were completed efficiently, and the dentist was kind, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the visit. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family.

Pleasant interface with staff. I when there to get xrays and tooth cleaning. Xrays showed what faintly appeared to be a dark shadow at the root area of 2 death, not definitive. So gave me the opportunity to meet with a specialist for review, over $400.00. Then if needed removal of 2 front teeth, root canals replace teeth,,,$2000.00 plus additional for new teeth. They would not clean my teeth until the costly procedure was accomplished. Additional $900.00 for deep scraping but with no gum bleeding noted, but jaw bone loss due to aging, procedure not need. In my view. Before even getting my teeth cleaned i am out nearly $3500.00. I am done with Aspen dental.
