Today I had my appointment at Aspen Dental and I want to share how grateful and satisfied I feel for the attention I received. From the first moment they made me feel confident, something very important for me since I am a very nervous person when it comes to my teeth. I loved that the team can attend in English, Spanish and other languages, which creates an inclusive and safe environment for all patients. I especially want to highlight the excellent assistance of Alfredo Benites, who was always attentive to my anguish and concerns throughout the appointment, giving me peace of mind and support at all times. I was very impressed with the care & helpfulness throughout my whole first time appointment with them. Dr Martinez is wonderful and explains things so well. Mo did a great job with my deep cleaning and also explained my dental treatment plan very well. The whole office was so nice & made me feel very welcome & cared for. I had to go to Aspen Dental when my insurance changed. Never have I had any problems in regards to periodontics in 60 years- until I came here. I've been going to the dentist twice a year, for 60 years. I have had the occasional deep pocket or two in the back around the molars, but they were always easily managed. The hygienist pressed so hard measuring depths that I bled. He then proceeded to inform me that I had "severe periodontal disease" and needed a "deep cleaning and scaling", whereupon I got the sales pitch for Arestin. He wouldn't just give me a regular prophylaxis cleaning. It was uncomfortable. I love this place , they got me in immediately when I had a dental emergency and the Dr is fabulous! He makes you feel completely at ease and is extremely gentle, I wasn't nervous at all . Everyone there is extra nice and the front desk and office girls treat you like one of the family , the dental assistants are extremely caring and make sure you are as comfortable as possible. They work with you on funding and payments to make sure you can get what you need done even if it seems impossible they get it done and I'm so greatful for the Aspen Dental in Punta Gorda, I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend to anyone needing Dental work , this is the place you need to get it done !!!!

My experience at this establishment was splendid. I arrived late and was immediately brought in for my check up. The staff was courteous and attentive to all my needs. The assistant Saw me shivering and immediately brought me a blanket. The doctor was knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered before they started my procedure. I had the procedure on my birthday and they made me feel part of the Aspen Family. The staff brought me a card and a delicious cupcake. I’m thankful for the wonderful experience i had at Aspen dental.
