As losing teeth/needing dentures, etc. can be a very sensitive, personal & embarrassing situation...I was very pleased to have been treated with kindness, compassion & support for a treatment plan. The young lady who helped with cost/care plan, insurance, etc. was very thorough & easy to understand options. First time at this practice & it was a very good experience.

I appreciate that we have an Aspen office locally. They make it easy to get in to see a dentist without too much delay. The office staff is very approachable and kind. Speaking of the dental professional staff,I can say the same. And the fact that the office has an in house lab on premises is the icing on the cake. No more having to wait for your dental work to be sent out and be returned on a later date, with repeat appointments. I've only used them for repair work for my dentures, but they've been quick and easy to work with. I surely hope that all Aspen offices work the same way as our local Poughkeepsie office. Truly a revolution in dental services.

Staff are so nice and non judgmental. They take the time to explain your options and help you understand. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any doctor ever even though extractions are needed I don’t feel as scared or unprepared of the situation. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

The general assistant was very pleasant. Also, I wanted you to know that the hygienist was wonderful. I was very scared to experience the Cavitron and she made me very comfortable she toke her time. It was the best cleaning I ever had in my life and I am 45 years of age, you truly have a gem Ingrid, and the hygienist I hope you guys treasure her. I don’t even want my teeth cleaned again unless it’s with her and she was amazing hygienist. I wish all dental experiences was as pleasant as hers.

My crown popped off during our flight into JFK. My best friend called 12 dentists in Hyde Park and Poughkeepsie. Only Aspen Dental was available for emergency appointment on a Friday. I was greeted by Dalia who calmed my nerves right away. I then was taken back for X-rays by Adrianna who was professional, efficient and kind. Doctor Shiopou arrived quickly with DA Josiah. I was in and out in less than an hour and out of pain with no problems since. I checked out with Jasmine the Operations manager and it all made sense the kindness and efficiency throughout my experience comes from her amazing supportive management of an incredible team. I’m so grateful to you all for making my trip possible for me to enjoy. Thank you!
