Dr. Santeiro at Aspen Dental was amazing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and positive. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. I had a great experience overall and would absolutely recommend Dr. Santeiro to anyone looking for a dentist who truly puts patients at ease.

Today was my first visit. I was treated very well from start to finish. All the ladies are so nice there and the dentist/ hygienist/ assistant were very gentle and sweet. I am a type 1 diabetic and inconveniently got low blood sugar during my visit and I totally forgot to bring glucose tabs with me. The staff there were so nice and gave me glucose gel right away. I never expected that and honestly I’m so grateful, as although it may seem like a small gesture it saved my life with a low of 39. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but I highly recommend especially if you’re anxious about dental work. The dentist fixed my veneer super quick. Looks great. I’ll be returning for sure!

Had some work done a few times. Never ideal. The prices seem fairly expensive both with and without coverage. The ladies forgot to call in some prescriptions once and i had to drive back up there because nobody would answer the phone. Last appnt wast able to be completed because their system couldn’t process Apple Pay after i drove up there at 8am. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere or pull your own teeth

My care at Aspen Dental Port Charlotte was phenomenal! I was see promptly and the staff was so kind and courteous! The listened to my questions and concerns and gave me the very best care to fit my needs! I would recommend this dental office over and over again!

I recently switched to this office due to insurance, and the experience was far from the standard of care I’m used to. Usually when I go to the dentist, the process is; I see the dental hygienist, get an x-ray/cleaning, and then lastly the dentist will come in and take a look. And then im all finished. That’s not the case at this office. At first, a lady called me back and did my X-rays. After, she brought me to a chair and said she’ll be right back, I then waited for 30 minutes (which I understand, it can be busy at times) but then a different lady came in and said she was a dental hygienist. She only looked at my teeth and then said she’ll let the dentist know im ready to be seen. At this point im very confused on when the cleaning will be happening. So the dentist comes in after waitin
