Aspen Dental - Pittsburgh, PA - Robinson

Aspen dental is just mediocre for me. I’ve had a mix of solid experience as well as some pretty poor ones. For the positive: I had my wisdom teeth which were badly impacted removed there and I had a quick recovery and through it was relatively easy process aside the long wait time for the oral surgeon. My next visit I was given a treatment plan for the rest of my teeth and it was so expensive so I passed on further treatment at that time. Aside from specialist “I assume” dental procedures the wait is relatively low and you can be seen quickly which is impotent when you’re in pan. As for the negative some of their dentists are not very friendly and to be honest a little rude.. I got numbed today for a couple cavities and he asked me if I could feel a few pokes. I could t. 5 stars really goes to Carli. I couldn't have made it through my appointment without her kindness, understanding, and compassion. There was zero judgment from her and that is what I needed. Honestly if it wasn't for her my anxiety would have had me leaving the office during the XRay. She asked me if I wanted her there for my exam and stayed there the entire time. She also said I can make sure she is at everyone of my appointments. Dr. Amari was wonderful as well he understood my anxiety and how bad it is for me. He even was like are you sure you won't need a prescription/sedation when it comes to your other appointments. (yes that's how bad I am) He was wonderful. The office manager was also really nice talking to me about my care plan, making it work for me. But truly I cannot thank Carli

Last night my crown fell out and I was so upset because I’m having surgery in 2 days and will be unable to see a dentist for 3 months afterward. When I showed up at the office as a walk in the young man who checked me in was so cheerful and helpful. They were able to fit me into their schedule. The doctor was amazing and reassuring along with the young lady who took my x-rays. The whole experience was so amazing. I’m seriously considering changing my dentist yes, I’m still scheduled for surgery Monday, thanks to the staff and doctor at the Robinson aspen dental team

My experience at Aspen Dental in Robinson was nothing short of amazing. The way everyone interacted with each other was so nice to see. I was very nervous and Brittany held my hand, Miranda was incredibly encouraging, Dr. Agustin was so patient and it took him 2 seconds to do my extraction. The office manager Adrian was so nice and all smiles. Ariana is the Dental Assistant that was with Dr. Agustin. She was so kind and knowledgeable. It was exactly what I needed being so nervous.

Brittany (office manager) along with Ashley were amazing with organizing my care and payment plan. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan made by the dentist is actionable and has my best interest in mind. All of the staff members were courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right – and as a new patient took some really good time to get to know me. Great dental experience!
