Everyone was awesome. They really helped me feel comfortable with the entire process. Ella and Nisha are the best at what they do. Dr Malone has a gentle touch when working. My experience at Aspen Dental was excellent from start to finish. I want to especially highlight Ruby, who provided outstanding service. She was extremely kind, professional, and very patient. Ruby helped me set up financing for my payment, explaining each option clearly and making sure I understood everything. Thanks to her guidance and support, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the patient’s needs, and Ruby definitely made a difference during my visit. I highly recommend Aspen Dental, and I’m very grateful for Ruby’s exceptional help!

To have you as a patient/costumer they will provide the best costumer service. If you have dentures done be aware that no matter how many questions you have any changes after are based on your bone density, that they have no intention if telling you till after you sign paper work. For transparency they are on negative from my point of view. For quality double that negative. One of the employee words when I ask for changes to my mother in law dentures was that she was happy with 70% function of the dentures. That was not was was promised. That is not what you pay for 3000$ . If I pay for anything I am expecting 100% . This dental place is a bussiness, where is the patient care and respect? From start to finish, the entire team at this dental office was outstanding. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The front desk staff was kind and organized, the dental assistants were attentive and reassuring, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable, respected, and well cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend this amazing team!
