Aspen Dental - Palm Springs, CA

Went to Dr. Patel for a broken front tooth in the middle of January. I am now happy to say my permanent crown is in place and looks amazing. The office is very clean, staff is amazing, especially the office manager Andrew. The dental assistants and hygienist are all very gentle. Never have I had a deep cleaning so easy. Highly recommend this place, especially if you dislike going to the dentist. They make it very comfortable.

We drove in from Menifee for a dental emergency for my daughter, and I cannot say enough good things about this office. Completely worth the drive. Even though our insurance was out of network, they immediately offered a free consultation—something you rarely see anymore. From start to finish, every single person we encountered was compassionate, professional, and incredibly efficient, making a stressful situation feel manageable. Dr. Patel was outstanding. Our first time visiting Aspen Dental for a check up. The entire staff was very friendly. Kim was so sweet and explained everything she was doing to my son as they went along. The hygienist Michael and Dr Patel were also very friendly and made it a good experience. They were on time (major points there). Office is new, clean and they have the most modern technology.

Dr. Patel and his office was a top-notch experience. I was nervous coming into the office, but everyone from the front desk, to the accountant, to the specialist ALL took care of me and explained what my issues were and what the options were to fix them. Extremely thorough, caring and respectful. I had some decent work done and Dr. Patel and Jill were efficient, like ninjas working in your favor. Lipsa and another woman (sorry i forgot her name) helped me through the beginning process of scans and X-Rays and explaining the process of what I need. Carla (Cara?) and Andrew in the front office helped me through the process of getting signed-in from the start. So far, so good! The entire team was incredibly friendly from start to finish. Andrew, the operations manager, was transparent and helpful while walking me through the billing process. The new patient consultation was one of the most thorough I’ve ever had... I don’t think I’ve ever taken that many X-rays before! The office is spotless and equipped with the latest technology. Lipsa was kind and encouraging while checking my gums, and Dr. Doug was professional, detailed in his explanations, and offered thoughtful recommendations. I appreciated that I never felt pressured into any treatments or upsells. I haven’t had my cleaning yet, but I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing my care here.
