Aspen Dental - New Bern, NC

My husband & I have been going to Aspen Dental for over a year & are very happy with this practice. We both see Dr. Fink. In addition to regular cleanings & routine care, my husband has also had several implants done by Dr. Fink. Asia & Ruth are extremely thorough hygienists, Michelle is spot on with insurance & estimates & Tanisha is great with appointments, accurate information & professionalism! ALL are super friendly & helpful which is something very important to us. Thank you everyone!!

My experience with Aspen Dental in New Bern was terrible. After my first appt they told me the work I needed and I paid my part ($2500) right then. To get everything done at once, I had to wait in pain for weeks. I asked for sedation before the procedure and they were supposed to send a prescription to the pharmacy. The morning of the procedure, no prescription. They pushed the appt back a few hours and sent it in after I called them. When I got there they said they only had time to do half of the procedure. I had to make another appt. That appt rolled around and I called a couple days ahead of time to make sure they sent the prescription. They acted like they had no idea, and said that the signed “sedation form” wasn’t in my record and they needed that before they could send the prescript

I haven’t been to a dentist in years because of my anxiety. All the people I interacted with were amazing. I felt so at ease and respected. I will continue to go here and maintain my dental health. I would 100% recommend you his office. Very affordable and they are willing to help in anyway to get you financed if needed.

The staff here are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring people. They’re obviously knowledgeable and practiced, but I also think they genuinely enjoy what they do. The teamwork here always feels well-oiled and amicable even if staffing or business is less than ideal. I only mark one star down due to my personal results with motto-line treatment, but I can’t say for certain that was necessarily all on them. If I had more time and resources, I probably could have gotten better results or done some additional work. I also mark a star down simply due to the disparity in expectation of treatment progression sometimes. I am always told a week or so before the next step will likely be ready, but I’ve gone 2 months multiple times before things have been progressed-which can feel frustrating

Had a broken tooth that was throbbing in pain. Went online and booked an appointment and was able to get in on the same day and they were able to do the extraction the very nect day! Everyone was super friendly and explained all of my treatment options. The manager Katie sat with me for over an hour helping me with payment plan options and care and treatment for the rest of my teeth that my insurance wouldnt cover. She is the best!
