I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to this time because I had such an awesome experience. I’ve had a lot of negative experiences with dentist offices in the past- and admittedly usually avoid them now, but had to go get a cavity filled when it started causing me significant pain. The staff at this location is wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and continually checked in to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and happy with everything that was going on. My first visit was during a “new patient no insurance” type of promo, so I had x rays and was checked over thoroughly and was not charged. They scheduled me for the cavity filling for a few days after the first appointment and I think the cost was pretty reasonable, I think around $250 with no insurance. They made sure I d

I spoke with three different dental specialist just for my exam, they were very thorough. I thought my teeth was on the way to done for and they was like “girl what you talking about? We’ve seen worse.” 😂 and they really did show me worse with a tooth from a previous patient. I think by how excited she was to show me she really kinda enjoys her job and that’s a dang good thing. Made me feel like she was here for her patients and not just payment. they say they can save my teeth and give me a healthy mouth and smile and while dental care is expensive to someone like me no matter where you go the full price is soooo

Due to my insurance I have gone for just over two years without lower dentures. When you walk in you feel right at home every member of staff is smiling and very welcoming. I’m so sorry I don’t remember my dentist’s name, but he is awesome. This is my third set of lower dentures and I can honestly say these are the best. They fit perfectly, no fixodent needed. I would highly recommend you use this office, not just dentures, any dental work. They are truly exceptional. Thank you for making me so happy.

I had a cleaning that was a follow up appointment. I entered the building ten minutes before my appointment time. The front desk person was on the phone and I had to wait about seven minutes, standing there before he greeted me. Then I gave my name and what I was there for. He said it would cost an amount that I had not expected, given my insurance and their policy that’s like a membership that I had paid for last time I was there, still it was over a hundred dollars. I took out my bank card to offer to him. He said that he would send me a link so I could enter all the details and pay on my phone. He did send the link and I had to enter my card number and all my information to this company I had never heard of - so now they have my information and my bank card information, terrific! It su

I just want to share my great experience with Aspen Dental. I am 69 years old and I am definitely afraid of the dentist. Because of past bad experiences. I went into the Aspen Dentsl in Murrells Inlet and I was a nervous wreck. They said they had to take X-rays. The technician was very professional. She explained everything she was doing. The dentist was very professional also. I have been back for a deep cleaning and the hygienist was very professional and caring. I can say they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. From the time you walk through the front door you are greeted with professionalism and caring. I would give more stars if I could. Robert Wilkins
