Aspen Dental - Mobile, AL

I went for my free 6 months cleaning, but I was given an ultimatum if I didn’t purchase their service, my teeth would not be clean. The least cost was $208 up to 634. I knew if I turned down the service I would have to pay for the office visit. I should have been told that there may be additional charges and if I don’t purchase their service, they will not be able to continue the cleaning when I made the appointment. It was nothing critical needed and I should have been giving a choice. What if I didn’t have the money for the service. That’s a lot of unexpected out-of-pocket money at once. My hygienist Chiffaun was excellence at its best. She was both patient and kind during the length of my service. She helped educate me in areas of brushing and flossing that I’d never known. I’m definitely coming back to Aspen to work with her specifically!!

Our first visit hubby had toothache filling came out, called several other places and were given appointments weeks out. (Including our regular dentist office) But we were able to get in, in a day! CLEAN establishment. Dr Torres was exceptional! He was extremely thorough and explained each step. Tyren his dental assistant was on point, and on top of her game and very personable. Malaysia (OM) explored financial options and was also very thorough, made sure we knew she would do whatever possible to make us comfortable with options that best suited us. It was a great experience we were made comfortable every step of the way! And have now found us a new Dental office. This was absolutely the Best dental experience yet... You get the feeling that they really care.

The staff was very personable and relatable. They took time to really listen to my issues regarding my dental concerns and gave me suggestions that were very helpful. They also assisted me with financing options for any needed work after reviewing my x-rays.I would recommend them! 😉

Dr. Torres, the office manager Malaysia, Kay the dental assistant and the entire Aspen Dental staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Torres explains everything clearly, and the team’s professionalism and kindness shine through every visit. The office manager keeps everything running smoothly and always greets you with a warm smile. Highly recommend!!
