best office manager Shyanna Magnuson for Aspen Dental. better than any other Aspen Dental locations in North Dakota. friendly and very sharp on willingness to help you on getting the best service for my teeth. she was professional and stirred me from dentures to implants!!!! I'm a hard person to deal with. very impressive also Dei.. did a great assistant for Dr Abraham and Hygienist mrs jaki .

This place is horrible. Apparently, the answering service double books appointments all the time. Both mine and my husbands appointments were double booked. They sent out two confirmations about them but said they were double booked. They were telling people sorry for the problem but have done nothing to fix it. Just make sure you are talking to a specific number choice. Billed me for over 300.00 for a bitewing xray that showed nothing. They are a provider of our plan and sent a bill for over 300.00 for a bitewing xray. The parking lot is always empty and believe me there is a good reason for that. They better bill insurance because that is the only thing I agree too.

Had a really great experience. The gentleman at the front desk, hate I didn’t ask his name. Was super nice and fit me in after a scheduling error from the call center. The DA, Selina was a joy! Nice and made me feel at ease with some joking and information! The Dentist and hygienist were very informative and made sure I know what I needed to! Denisha who helped me with my consult and scheduling was just lovely! She was super helpful and stayed a little later to help me! Glad to continue my dental care with Aspen Dental in Minot!

I went to Aspen Dental in Minot ND to get Lower dentures as I already had the upper set done years ago. Not only were they professional and kind , but everything about my experience was positive. Yes, the final product took some time 8 months from extraction to permanent denture. But by following every one of their instructions and recommendations, I came away with the best smile I have ever had. Whenever I had an issue with my temp denture, they fit me in immediately to correct it. When something wasn't proper , they would redo it until it was which is what caused the length of time as the Dr. wanted the permanent set to be perfect. And they are. The staff is amazing. I cannot praise them enough from reception to billing to the dental team all are absolutely the best. Thank you for all

The team at Aspen Dental exceeded all of my expectations. I have been to Aspen 5 times in last 3 months to get a variety of work done and the staff are always good natured, welcoming, courteous, and even humorous! It truly is a judgement free office and they look to make the best out of your smile; whether you need a root canal, filling, crown, implant, or cleaning, they let you know that they are here for you. Cody, Denise, Shy, and Dr. Abraham were each great to work with!
