I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental in Milledgeville, GA. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire check-in process easy. The dental team took their time explaining everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their patients. The quality of care was top-notch, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this location.

First appointment I brought my son and they said he couldn’t go back with me. I understand that’s fine. I rescheduled. Thankfully I called before the second one to ask a billing question because they cancelled my appointment without telling me. Otherwise I would’ve driven 40 minutes to not be seen. Worse place ever and rude receptionist.

I Needed a new local dentist. Decided to give Aspen a try. So glad I did! Everyone was wonderful. Reception, intake, hygienist and my doctor were all amazing. She took time explained best steps moving forward, answered all of my questions, wasn’t rushed or hurried. Prices were more than reasonable. The facility is clean, private and state of the art. They offer all of the current dental trends. Their hours fit my schedule. If you need a new dental clinic, I highly recommend Aspen in Milledgeville.
