I had an amazing experience here today. I’m very anxious about dental visits, and the entire team was incredibly patient, professional, and kind from start to finish. Hailey, the dental assistant, was so calming and reassuring, and Tosha, the hygienist, was gentle and thorough. Dr. Thompson was absolutely amazing. she took time to explain everything, checked in with me constantly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dawn at the front desk was incredibly patient with me and so kind when I was nervous, which honestly meant a lot. Alyssa made scheduling and payment an absolute breeze and was super helpful as well. I love this office! All the staff from the schedulers to the financing were pleasant and kept me informed on all the steps of the process! The sweetest staff works here. I literally drive to come to this location from another county just because I love their customer service. You are in great hands if you come here - attentive to detail, accommodating, welcoming and comfortable
