I always have a phobia for dentist. However, my experience with Aspen dental was great. I has alot of procedures to be done. I was very lucky to have Lay and Dr Taylor as my main care team. Lay was very professional and made me feel so comfortable before each procedure. She was so gentle and always reassured me everything will be ok. Dr Taylor she was awesome. Step by step she executed the task with gentleness which made me so relax and confident. The entire staff was very friendly.....

My Father is fairly a new patient at this clinic. We’ve had several appointments and thus far we can truly say that it is always a pleasure coming to these visits. The staff is always amazing! The Front Desk staff has been pleasant. The Hygienist Susan was gentil, patient and informative. The Dental Assistant Jay is always kind, gentil, guides us through the process step by step and the Dentists have both done an amazing job. I recommend this office if you are looking for a pleasant dental experience.

This office is the MOST unprofessional office I’ve been to! In January I tried to schedule an appointment due to a toothache. The online schedule advised they had several available appointments that day and the remainder of the week but when I called the office they told me they could not see me for weeks and if chose to be a walk in I may need be seen due to . I spoke to customer service who was able to connect me to Stockbridge Office who allowed me to come that day as a walk in. After being treated on an emergency bases and actually having dental surgery in Fayetteville because that’s where the surgeon was my bite is off which is not helping my healing process. I called the McDonough office 1 week after surgery told me to go whoever pulled my tooth. And REFUSED TO SEE ME! The recommende

Dr. Taylor, the dentist is Love. She is awesome and cares and also gave me her recommendations which was very expensive, but I am going to stick with what I can afford. Oh and Paulina the receptionist and her manager they were amazing. Everyone was so sweet even down to the nurse, I cannot remember her name that took my x-rays. She was amazing as well. Susan is also a keeper, my condolences to her on losing her brother. And last, but not least let’s give the grand finale to the office manager and the one that helps you make your decision of what you can afford and how she can help you, Mrs.Krystal Silva. I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Taylor and the entire team! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Taylor is kind, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The dental assistants—Susan, Mika, and Monica—were absolutely amazing! They were gentle, friendly, and made sure I was relaxed the whole time. It’s not often you actually enjoy going to the dentist, but this office truly makes it easy.
