Had an emergency and they took me right in! The entire staff is super friendly, funny, yet make sure you are comfortable as possible. They are straightforward. I definitely look forward to my next appointment and future appointments! They set a plan of action immediately! I would definitely recommend them to anybody! Thank all of you!!

I recently relocated to Matthews, NC and chose to visit Aspen Dental in this area after reviewing their impressive advertisement and ratings. I am so thankful and pleased I did because my experience with all their staff I met today, and their service was very professional and thorough. They explained the procedures they were doing, offered options and affordable costs to me for consideration for future service. I am elderly and was concerned to be changing to a new dental service, but they were above and beyond caring and kind which eased my apprehension. I highly recommend Aspen Dental service.

First time patient here. Went in for a consult and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the receptionist to the dentist. They explained my treatment plan thoroughly, went through extensive xrays, 3D scans of my teeth, bone density tests you name it. They left no stone unturned which was wonderful having that kind of pre- treatment assessment of my teeth. I left knowing exactly what I was getting with no hidden fees or agenda. Would definitely recommend.

Follow up to a Follow up. While the office staff particularly Autumn are great. Following my first rebiew, where I was upset about cost and persistence to finance. Autumn called me and made it affordable. I went back on 12/3. As promised my whole mouth was deep cleaned by Victoria another asset to any dentistry. Then it literally got messy, I went back for a scheduled crown on 12/8 1st the dental assistant if she had washed her hands because she didn't in the room we were in, she promised me her hands were clean and I could smell them. Then eventually the dentist made his way in, I'd witnessed him walk patient out (thru the glass door) He opened the door, walked in where I was greeted me and grabbed gloves..I asked don't you wash your hands?! Please do yourself a favor and come here for all of your dental needs. Dr. Shayan is extremely patient and makes sure you are well informed. Autumn is absolutely awesome and makes you feel right at home. The staff here is amazing and I will definitely be back!!
