5 stars in not enough. The entire staff is so kind and caring. I came in needing a very deep clean and all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. When I tell you they gave me the absolute best care. When I met with Dr. Huggins I expressed my sadness for how my teeth looked and told her I just wanted my smile back, she assured me thats what would happen and thats exactly what the staff has done. Sapna did my deep clean, she was very patient with me, as gentle and she could be and when she said we were doing this as a team she meant it. I never felt alone here. Dr. Huggins was great the day of extraction, I was very nervous for the procedure but she helped calm me and keep me calm, I could not have been in better hands. This location is the best. Everyone was super nice and explained everything that I needed in detail. The dr was phenomenal and even though I needed a lot of work, she was didn’t try to make me feel bad. She was patient and provided the best option for what I needed done. Valerie was exceptional as well. She worked with me well after the location was closed for the day to make sure I got my plan set up. I have never been a fan of the dentist but they made this experience far better than I have ever experienced.

I have always been pretty nervous about going to dentist because I know I would need a lot of work and I am actually pretty self conscious about my smile. But when I called to make an appointment the receptionist gave me much needed encouragement. Little did I know that tha was only the beginning of my wonderful experience. Everyone I came in contact with gave a little more confidence I needed in my better dental health journey. I really appreciate everyone. I can say that it was not cheapest quote I got but care and attention that I have received so far is very much worth it

I scheduled an appointment at Aspen Dental in Mansfield due to dental sensitivity I was experiencing. During the visit, X-rays were taken and I was brought to an exam room to wait for the dentist. The dentist advised that an existing filling needed to be redone and stated that it could potentially require a root canal due to its proximity to the nerve. I was also advised that I needed a mouth guard and periodontal (gingivitis) treatment. However, my original concern—the dental sensitivity that prompted the appointment—was never discussed or addressed. Instead, the focus of the visit appeared to be on recommending additional treatments that I did not feel were necessary at that time. I express to the day one I do not like pain and they held my hand during the whole process with this full mouth extraction on New Year’s Eve, So epic.
