Everyone was so sweet! Im a new patient and I found the process to be very efficient. Korey and Esmeralda helped make the x-rays comfortable, Dr. Singh was very knowledgeable and thorough. Gloria the office manager made payment and scheduling seamless, very transparent of cost and why, and gave many different options for how to make payment affordable and convenient for me.

Staff was fabulous but doctor not so much. They fit us in as an emergency yet the doctor felt the need to lecture rather than treat and when we told him we were going to his regular dentist he seemed annoyed. The quote we got from them was $14,000 for my father’s teeth. We went to obtain antibiotics and seen by an oral surgeon to assess. Never told us he was calling in the prescription before he walked out in a huff. The rest of the staff were wonderful and very helpful but not the doctor.

I’ve been going to this office for 5 years but scheduling with them recently has been a nightmare. I was due for my biannual exam and last cleaning in October but when I arrived, the receptionists stated that the hygienist wouldn’t be able to keep my appointment because the prior appointment was taking longer than expected. I was not given the option to wait and was instead forced to reschedule to November. The staff put in my medical record that I canceled the appointment, when I have voicemail proof that they forced me to reschedule. Let me be so abundantly clear here when I say that I would rather pull out every last one of my teeth MYSELF than EVER set FOOT in an Aspen Dental Clinic again. From the beginning, they did nothing but lie to me, give me false information (either due to negligence on their part or intentionally and strategically). Neither the hot shot dentists (who have no bedside manner mind you) nor the hot shot receptionists who look at you like you’re living breathing scum have the slightest INKLING of what they’re talking about. Every time I came in it was a different story and today was the final straw for me.
