Aspen Dental - Lake Worth, TX

Had my first root canal and crowns put in at this location. The entire staff from the dental assistants to the dentist did a fantastic job. The hygienist did a very good cleaning of my teeth. Dr. John was very considerate when replacing my fillings taking the time to explain why it needed to be done. Dr Reena did my root canal she did fantastic job, and took the time make sure I was as comfortable as possible considering I was having a root canal. I had been avoiding dentist for many years but I think I have found my permeant dentist.

I had a good experience at aspen dental. The front desk people were excellent at helping me get my insurance information together in advance of the appointment, they checked me in fast and were generally super nice. The dental assistant was pretty nice. I had to retake radiographs given my last ones had been over 6 months, but the dental assistant took the time to explain the medical necessity of it to me so I appreciated that. The dental hygienist was amazing! She had great tips and did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth and paid attention to my discomfort when present. The dentist was really nice too. First time at Aspen establishing new care. The entire staff was great from check in to check out. Shout out to Dr. John for great bedside manner and professionalism. Janessa my hygienist was awesome. Gentle care during my cleaning and friendly. I’ll will be coming back for routine care.

Overall it was an okay visit, the hygienist who attended me was a complete sweetheart and really made my visit better. After doing further research, they overcharged me for my visit and mind you, it was my very first visit there. After, they had me waiting in their little lobby area for about 15-20 minutes until someone got me to talk about pricing. I think that’s very inconsiderate on their part. Also, I attempted to call several times throughout the week to reschedule an appointment and EVERY time, I was put on hold for more than 6 minutes, which is very odd to occur EVERY time. Overall my 5 star review goes mainly to the hygienist who made me comfortable but everything else is a one star. Please do better and be considerate of people’s times.

I went in for an exam to try to get a plan together for dealing with my poor dental health today. It was the best visit I've ever had with a dentist, and I've had a lot of those with a lot of dentists. Firstly, I picked this dentist because they had some pretty good reviews. Secondly, I was able to set up a next day appointment via website at 3am the same morning I went. You really can't beat that in my opinion, especially if you're going because you're in active pain. The office is really nice and comfortable. It doesn't feel clinical and souless, it's decorated and they have TVs in front of the dental chairs, which make me way more comfortable because I have a distraction while they do their work. But the people there? Everyone I encountered was kind, genuinely seemed like cared about
