I wanted to take a moment to leave this review on behalf of my uncle after the great experience he had at this office. From the moment he arrived, he felt genuinely cared for and comfortable. He specifically mentioned how kind and attentive Sadarius was throughout his visit. Sadarius took great care of him, explained everything clearly, and made sure he was at ease the entire time. It truly meant a lot to our family to see him treated with such patience and professionalism. Thank you all for providing such a welcoming and compassionate experience!

First time here and the whole experience was amazing. Elizabeth explained everything for me to expect and was very gentle doing my X-rays. The dentist, Dr. Acosta, came in and wasn’t rushed and went through everything with me. Overall I had a pleasant visit to the dentist. Definitely found my place for dental care.

If I could give 5,000 stars, I absolutely would—especially to Dr. Manuel A. Acosta Hernandez. I had a sudden and excruciating toothache, and the timing couldn’t have been worse—it was a Friday, and the thought of spending the entire weekend in that kind of pain was honestly terrifying. I called Aspen Dental, explained my situation over the phone, and despite their already busy schedule, they were able to squeeze me in. Amazingly, I was sitting in the dentist’s chair seeing Dr. Acosta Hernandez just two hours after my call. Dr. Acosta Hernandez was compassionate, honest, and very clear about my situation. He took the time to explain everything and found the best possible solution to relieve my pain. His professionalism and care made a huge difference during a very stressful moment. The enti

1st time customer , office was clean and welcoming got to meet the office manager Bo, who gave me a consultation before the treatment. The total amount came about 449.00 . It became alarming when I asked to see an itemized bill he said it included an electronic tooth brush and water flushing device. I didn’t mind paying for them but don’t just assume and add it to my bill. 1st red flag 🚩 Fast forward, Bo did a great job explaining the bill. I’m thankful for the accommodation they made to schedule me a later time that day . When it was time for my cleansing I felt it was a bit rush. At the end, the dentist did not provide the fluoride gel although I paid for that service. She told me I could eat right after, which was another red flag 🚩 at my other dentist office I’m use to have to wait 3

The initial wait was minimal. Much better than any other physicians office than I've ever been in. The staff is phenomenal, starting at the front desk and all the way through the building. Everyone has a smile on their face and it's contagious. Although, I know that I'm not known by everyone, I always felt like I was part of their family. Each and every realignment or correction that I needed, was prompt and taken care of without hesitation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend everyone that I know, to visit Aspen Dental for all of their dental needs.
