Aspen Dental - Jackson, MI

I visited this office with all of my family. The routine cleaning was awful, very painful. I’ve never had a painful cleaning. Also, my son had his tooth pulled. They didn’t get it out, then charged him over 200.00 after insurance and he still had to go to oral surgeon to get the tooth removed and cost another 300.00+ dollars. I’ve never seen anything like this and we get exams and cleanings every 6months. We won’t be back nor recommend. I never leave poor reviews but each family member of mine experiences were not pleasant, unfortunately. My son has been in pain for a month waiting on the referral from this office to be sent to an oral surgeon. We saw the oral surgeon today and they had to retake every X-ray due to the poor quality films received.

Staff very professional and kind..awesome xray tech, dentist, and, dental hygiene professional. Office manager professional and exact on financial matters and cost of services. The facility is clean and orderly. I do think that Aspen Dental is very over-priced. None the less I will proceed with trestment options.

I can’t say enough good things about Aspen Dental! Every member of the team has been so friendly, patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. They’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist — I used to be nervous and fearful, but even after two crowns and three fillings, I had no pain at all! Their prices are fair, they accept many insurance plans, and they always manage to get me in quickly — no more waiting weeks for an appointment. I truly feel cared for every time I visit and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing dental experience.

Aspen Dental in Jackson Michigan... Charged me before the work and sent another bill after the work was finished? Apparently they can hurt your credit too for not paying what they did not charge you in the first place. I was also told I had a credit on my account and not to worry about additional charges...I wonder what happened to that? Anyone else have this issue with a dental place? Aspen Dental Update: Just so everyone knows, according to the billing department, Aspen Dental only lets you get the work done if you prepay for an estimated cost. You heard that right! And estimated cost. They have the full contract but tell you ehh we read enough of it but if we got it wrong the responsibility is up to you! I have found the staff at Aspen Dental to be very helpful. They are courteous, professional and always willing to listen and help. My new partial fits very comfortably and I appreciate the help they gave me with financing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dental services.
