My experience as a new patient was horrible. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, however they declined doing my routine cleaning and polishing due to a change in my bone structure in some of my teeth, and a few pockets in my gums. I had full mouth xrays done, and due to some minor findings, they told me I had to have a deep cleaning and an antibiotic treatment done. I declined the $700 estimate (after my insurance coverage) and requested my routine procedures covered by my insurance. The hygienist (i won't mention her name, she was nice but adamant) said I cannot have this done unless I approve the deep cleaning. I left without my cleaning or polishing done, and I will not be returning to the dental office for any procedures. Horrible way to treat a new patient and
Very receptive staff, clean office space, smells good and felt the warmth, and they follow up prior to your appointment. I was attended to by the hygienist Rhoda and she did a great job with my cleaning. I bothered to clean over and over again and she wasn’t fazed. She made almost sleep while cleaning. I can’t wait for my next cleaning. Definitely the place I recommend for you to go for your next and next appointment.
Extremely Unprofessional and a Complete Waste of Time I am beyond frustrated with Aspen Dental and would never recommend this office to anyone. I had two crowns placed, and they were put in crooked, which completely messed up my bite and forced me to restart Invisalign something that costs time, money, and patience that I should never have had to lose due to their mistake. When I went in to be scanned for my new Invisalign trays, what should have been a simple, routine scan turned into an over one-hour ordeal. The hygienist had to redo the scan five separate times because they couldn’t get it right. Completely unacceptable and incredibly inefficient. It has now been over a month and a half, and I have received zero updates about when my Invisalign trays will be ready. The only way I ev
First off, Staff is amazing! Very caring and attentive to your needs, helping figure out whats best financially and reassuring me that I am in great hands. Little to no wait time. Super clean! Going to the dentist is not easy for me and I’m sure I speak for most but when I tell you this Staff really helps alleviate those anxieties that come along with the inevitable. I have to really shout out Rhody, the hygienist, she is such a sweet, compassionate young lady. Super professional, so informative, wonderful bedside manner. She made me feel so very comfortable, explaining every single thing she was doing from start to finish. Allowing and knowing when to take breaks throughout procedure. I wouldn’t go to any Aspen dental location at all if I can help it but this one is the least helpful of all. They don’t care about patients only money. Multiple times have they tried to up charge me for services. I went in for a cleaning, the hygienist checked me out, told me I should get this deeper cleaning add-on and brought me back out to the waiting room to pay for it. It took over an hour and a half just for a cleaning and all but 20 minutes of that time was waiting. I originally went in because my wisdom teeth were bothering me. I set up an appointment and they charged me 60% of the total and I would pay the rest on the day of my appointment.
