Aspen Dental - Fredericksburg, VA

Had the BEST dental experience at Aspen Dental today. I have really bad dental anxiety. When I broke a tooth earlier this week I was dreading going to get it fixed. I reached out to our local Aspen Dental and they got me in today. I told the dentist about my anxiety and he talked me through every part of the process. Not only before he started but also during the procedure. He was patient and kind. His dental assistant was also amazing. By keeping me informed of what was happening step by step, and giving me breaks when I needed them, my anxiety level was manageable. So thankful for their kindness. We will be using them for our family dental care from now on.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Cherian on 13 January 2026 at Aspen Dental - Fredericksburg, VA and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Dr. Cherian was professional, gentle, and reassuring — making what I expected to be a stressful procedure smooth and comfortable. The whole team was friendly, attentive, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend! PM

The front desk and techs were very nice. Called really early due to a a follow up er visit after my initial visit here I was still in major pain. They cannot help with major pain at this office unless it's an impacted tooth. Which is strange when it's an emergency dental office and I was in fact in extreme pain. Proven by my follow up 14 hour stay at the er. I called as directed by er early to discuss with the dentist a vital need to adjust antibiotics. Left a message with the front and the provider never called me back. They definitely missed an opportunity to turn around my experience here. With the knowledge of a serious issue and need for follow up they could and should have done so and we could have continued care and this could be a 5 star review. I will likely seek treatment elsewh

I broke 2 molars and Aspen Dental got me in fast and from the front office staff to the dentist and everyone in-between was wonderful... compassionate and kind. The Fredericksburg Aspen Dental office is way better than the Warrenton one. They really make you feel like a person and not a paycheck.

As usual my experience at the Fredericksburg location has always been a very professional encounter. Although I normally don’t take time to give survey feedback I whole heartedly feel the personal there are genuinely skilled at what they do. Going to the Dentist is not a favorite thing to do but after the visit I’ve always said, heck that wasn’t bad at all!
