Aspen Dental - Fort Smith, AR

I had a great experience! Came in for a cleaning and Debbie the hygienist made everything go smoothly…. I give her a 10/10 :) She also informed me that I have perfect teeth.

Will not recommend & will not return. Each time I visited I paid but kept receiving bills after my insurance paid as well. I even paid for a totally unnecessary high dollar “Care Kit”. Sure something was amiss I twice requested print outs of services & payments & have not received info. Just received yet another bill. I did receive a quick appointment for care for a tooth ache which included a filling but it must be re-done as I suspect the decay was not removed & toothache came back within a week. I sincerely wish everyone a better experience than I had.

I have only had my initial visit so far but I can already recommend. KK who helped me from the start was 10/10 amazing! I informed her that I am pretty fearful when it comes to the dentist and she did her best to make me feel comfortable and work quick! Every question was answered with patience and care. Everyone was great but KK is the shiniest link to that chain!

I gave information 4 days ahead of time then I get to appointment and they didn't even put the insurance in. I get flustered and decide i wanna wait then they talking about me at counter while I'm already flustered. I got up told them they are unprepared and I don't feel comfortable being at a office that is talking about don't wanna be mistreated or overcharged.

Great staff and helped my anxiety so much going in!! K.K was also really sweet! Highly recommend going here. :)
