The manager we spoke to was very polite, relatable, and calming, which is good. He got to our level and related our situation to his first few years in the business. I love that guy! He deserves a raise! I think his name was... Kyle. The dental imaging team and Dr. Leo were a tad quick and springy. Maybe a few rude gestures were shared, but I don't know about that. I will be asking if we could go here again. Lovely vibe here.

My elderly father who has aphasia due to a stroke, went there to get a top tooth implant, cuz he knocked out the other one. At the initial visit, the staff set up a treatment plan. It should have taken just 3 visits. What happened on the 3rd visit, the dentist and his hygienist were taking imprints of his bottom teeth. Due to a billing code typo, it stated lower teeth were needing implants. So, my father was upset and stopped the procedure. My mother was waiting for him and started hearing my father get irate. She went in the back and the billing clerk said it wasn’t his mistake. They do not take ownership or responsibility of their mistakes or actions. To pacify my mother the clerk said she can issue a $1000 refund. When, I heard about this I looked at their billing and saw the coding err

They sent me to get a root canal, because I really needed one and that dentist was great. But when I came back to Farmington Aspen dental they originally charged me for new crown and deep cleaning, but after my deep cleaning which she did excellent job, They determine my old crown was in good shape so they fixed it. Sent me home in good shape and reimbursed me , good experience

I want to just share my amazing experience with everyone. I have been avoiding and putting off my visit to a dentist just for the fact I have always had that fear of them. But let me just shout it out to the world! These people are absolutely AMAZING!!! I had so much anxiety before going and as soon as I arrived I was treated with such hospitality it eased me right away. Kayleigh checked me in right away and made me feel comfortable. Then a beautiful girl Aubrey was right there minutes later to bring me back and take care of me until Micki my hygienist took REALLY great care of me and did her job like a pro in minutes. Dr. Ghulam Makhdoom then proceeded to do the rest of my check up. He was kind, non judgmental and understanding of my situation. I cannot express how comforting and supporti

I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before it finally started. The only thing accomplished during the appointment was the initial X-rays. The hygienist visited for less than five minutes to examine my teeth, and the dentist immediately insisted that I have my teeth pulled and a bridge installed. He completely disregarded my concerns and preferences. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not be returning.
