Aspen Dental - Evergreen Park, IL (Chicago)

Very unprofessional! I will never go there again! 1) Needed emergency services as that is what their clinic advertised. When I arrived no one was able to assist me and I had to make an appointment weeks later..still in pain. 2) Had a root canal and crown work. I had to go back 4 times!!!!!!! The temp crown fell out twice a day after it was put in and I just drank water. Then when I went for my final fitting they informed they needed to resize the crown some more and I needed to schedule another appointment. 3) Scheduled a 6-month cleaning for my daughter. She gets there and they informed she must pay out of pocket, but my insurance covers our cleanings. The worker says they can only do an exam. I said but I scheduled her for a cleaning. All I can say is my 1st visit was great every one I seen gave me there undivided attention and care.keep up the good work I'm very pleased and looking forward to my next visit on the 25th if this month . I am very impressed with this dental office. The staff were extremely nice, patient, and honest. You can tell they really work hard as a team. My appointment was an hour before they closed and the staff were still super friendly and proficient. Dr. Reynaldo was the most thorough dentist I’ve ever experienced. He explained my X-rays to me in full detail and I can tell he truly cares about educating his patients. Ms. Shawna was also extremely nice and professional. I look forward to continuing my dental care at this office.

This was my first visit, and I had a great experience! From check-in to X-rays, the exam, consultation, and cleaning—everything was efficient and well-organized. I never felt like I was waiting too long between steps. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Lorree did an amazing job with my X-rays—she was patient and made sure I was comfortable during the scans. I’m so glad I came across Aspen Dental and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Aspen Dental is disappointing to me. I called them about tooth pain from a permanent crown. How is it y’all making me wait until Tuesday. What part of I’m in pain are they not getting 😡 I likely won’t be coming to this dental clinic anymore. I can get better treatment elsewhere.
