Everyone was so wonderful. I have a huge fear of the dentist, but from the moment I walked in and spoke with Jess, I immediately felt more at ease. Dr. Shariff is incredibly kind and gentle, and he made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’m honestly shocked to say I had a wonderful experience getting teeth pulled. I’m so grateful for such a caring team
Jessica, Jenn and Dr. Medeiros ALL are warm and welcoming!!! There is one gal that seemed very cold no sense of the human kindness, care etc. The hygienist need to add a sense of kindness ,compassion. If you don’t like your job find something else!
Staff was very polite and Liz and Dr Sheriff were very thorough with exam. Jessica was very helpful and patient with the finance part of things! Thank you everyone 😊
Very poor. The front office staff did not know why I was there. I was supposed to see the oral surgeon for a consultation to assess my teeth issues for extraction but no one knew about the appointment. I am very disappointed and upset. I will not recommend you to anyone.
Had an infection, broken tooth and a lot of pain. They saw me immediately, explained the process, my options and cost. Had tooth extracted with very little discomfort. Dental assistant was outstanding. Doctor was great! Made a very painful situation much easier to handle. No stress or anxiety. Would recommend!
