Aspen Dental - Du Bois, PA

Both my husband and I travel from Bradford to Dubois for all our dental needs. We love Michael Kitchen DDS, our dentist and our hygenienist, Hailey. Both are very friendly, and patient with me...because..I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST! They make it a less stressful experience from getting teeth cleaned to having dental work done. Having said that, the office staff is very helpful and friendly as well. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental Dubois for all your dental needs!!

I was a first time patient at this location and was very pleased with everything. The counter girls welcomed me with nothing but kind gentle words. How ever the dental hygienist stood out to me Hailey did an outstanding job from introducing her self and explaining what she was about to do and then said she would explain to me after she did an exam on my mouth reassuring me I would be ok. What stood out to me about her was after she did what she needed to she sat down in a chair and looked at me to talk to me instead of standing behind ,beside or ABOVE me .. she was very thorough with explaining everything she needed to and made sure I understood. I went to Aspen Dental to fix a loose filling — a basic, routine procedure. Instead, it turned into a painful and expensive ordeal. After the initial visit, I was left in significant pain. I had to return twice because the filling was not handled correctly. Each time, the issue was still not resolved. The pain continued to worsen. I eventually sought a second opinion from another dentist and was told I now need a root canal. I was referred to an endodontist because of complications stemming from the original filling repair. What should have been a simple fix escalated into a serious procedure requiring specialized treatment. I am still undergoing care and waiting to see if the tooth will properly heal. This has caused unnecessary pain, stress, time away from work, and unexpected financi

The staff was super friendly but my problem was not solved. I had a broken tooth on my denture plate. Given the option to have bottom teeth removed and replace top denture and be fitted for a bottom denture. I was told on the phone they could fix the broken tooth the same day. That wasn’t even discussed nor was it done. Only quoted for a procedure that would cost over 5K and that’s after insurance. Unfortunately I left in the same position I was in when I arrived. Broken tooth on my denture plate that is sharp and tears in my eyes. Not sure how a company can advertise they can fix something and basically ignore the original problem. I understand my top plate is older but cosmeticly I just wanted it fixed. Thanks for nothing, at least your staff is super friendly. However your dentist

Professional, and courteous staff. Explained thoroughly details of exam and treatment plan. Quick and convenient in scheduling an appointment Cayla was very kind, personable during testing process. Dr. Kitchen was thorough, explained options, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and responded to all my concerns.
