Aspen Dental - Defiance, OH

They wanted to charge me $2200 when all that I wanted was two cavities fixed. They said they would not fix them until I had a deep cleansing. The dentist is aware that I have cancer by the medication that I am on and wanted to charge me an outrageous price. I don’t need pearly whites before I die just two cavities fixed.

Wonderful staff, made me feel a whole lot better about going through the process of getting new teeth and everything that comes with it. Im not going to lie when I walked in nervous and very anxious. I walked out confident about what is about to come, as well as a renewed enlightenment of what is going to be the end goal being permanent implants.

I went to Aspen for one thing only and I could not get it done until I talk to a consultant. They said they could and would fix my tooth but not until I talked to them about all kinds of different services they said I had to do. The nurse that took the unnecessary trays was rude and very unprofessional. The dr seen me for about 2 minutes. They said when I called for an appt it would only take a couple hours for my tooth repair then the so called nurse said it would be a whole day. It is all about money with them and that is the bottom line. I will never go back or recommend them to no one

I went into Aspen in pretty bad shape with a swollen face and alot of pain. They were very focused on getting me in to see what was going on. Swiftly got me thru the intake portion then off to xrays and she was a gem at handling the imaging and being very attentative to my swelling and tooth pain. Then to a dentist chair I went. Within a few short minutes the DR was asking questions and was looking at the cause of my pain. Immediate diagnosing from images and looking into my mouth. Discussion took place and gameplay set. Got a script for antibiotics talked with the office manager about costs. She was very upfront very professional. Finalized game plan and out the door. Hour and ten minutes. Bam. I felt like I was a Nascar and they was the pit crew. Very well prepared professional team foc

They got my daughter in on a monday from calling Friday because her reg Dr was booked. They called me the day of and told me the Dr possibly might not work on her due to her age (10). I asked if it was a waist of time, they urged me to come in. We went, they took an x-ray, found a "small" cavity. She tried telling me my daughter needed a root canal(called something different for children). She refused to talk about filling it and her explanation made no sense. We spoke about extraction because it was a baby tooth because my daughter is in pain...she stated the tooth needed to remain in there for years to come; although it'll come out naturally by age 12...again makes no sense. I will not go back no matter the emergency.
