I’ve been to a lot of dentists and never had an experience as worse as this. The staff was friendly for sure but to not even get a cleaning and get a shocking 236$ bill out of pocket with good insurance for literally no problems at all is ridiculous. I don’t review ever but I feel like the public should know that this is essentially going to a used car salesman. I’ve never had a cavity or paid out of pocket in my life. I promise you DO NOT go here. It was the most unsettling experience of my life. Please Please Please do not go there! These corporate type places are making you pay for there commercials.

The team at Aspen Dental Meriden are amazing. I had to go in for a procedure that really stressed me out and they helped make me feel at ease. From Checkin, to Xrays to seeing the endodontist, each member helped keep my nerves at bay and I felt relaxed. It was even nice listening to a curated play list by the endodontist assistant while the endodontist worked her magic. This is a busy location, but they do attempt to make time for each of their patients.

This entire experience was one giant sales pitch. From the desk clerk to the dental hygienist to the dentist, everyone tried pushing products onto me. I came in for what I thought was a cleaning (which I didn’t end up getting just X-rays and a check up) which ended up wasting my time, 2 hours exactly. Do yourself a favor and go to an independent dentistry office, I promise you your experience will be much better than this one. Also the products were (Invisalign, electric toothbrush, prescription mouth wash, and toothpaste) . They all kept pushing, insisting that I needed these products when my normal dentist never once mentioned any of this and my teeth are good health. Next thing I know my bill came out to 385 dollars. First and last time I’ll ever come to this preditorial, money hungry

Looks clean they seem helpful to my wife. Still have to wear a mask here seem funny since they work in your mouth.. got to love northern laws and standards.. but I would get work done in my self here.

Everyone was very friendly there. Made for a great experience.
