Great service, Micheal did. Excellent , I had questions and he took the time to answer and explain, as he performed the X-rays he explained why. I really liked the tool He used to take a 3D picture front and back of my teeth so I can have a visual as they went over any issues . The doctor was exceptional , very professional . And camber craze the office manager was on top of any questions I had . Everyone I came in contact with today were great.

Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The review has nothing to do with them so much as the overall time. I am a car salesman by career. The overall experience was a sales experience not dental. They even bring you back in to an office to close the deal needing money up front as a down payment! Resembling more, "for just $500 down, we can get everything ready for you" It is all sales! Its nothing on them its how they are taught. The people were great!

I really liked the dentist, the hygienist was good, the DA (maybe RDA) was very nice. But there was a clear lack of communication when it came to my treatment plan and im really glad I reviewed it before signing anything (the plan was to treat teeth that needed extraction). Also, the amounts quoted didn't match up with my insurance and a PA will need to be requested due to my.medical history that wasn't taken into consideration. I'll go back because they're the only office in network with my insurance and like it said I like the dentist.

Avoid unless you like wasting your time. Every appointment I’ve had has had me sitting around the waiting room for 30+ minutes to be seen. I understand places are busy but quit overextending and overbooking. Today was my last straw. I received a call last Friday asking if I could move my appointment up from 11:15 to 10:45. I moved somethings around and had my babysitter come over early to make sure I could accommodate. Once I arrived and paid for my appointment I was asked if I could reschedule for 1:30 or a different day. I just won’t be returning at this point.

Dr. Harvey and all the staff made me feel comfortable and made sure I was in no pain. Everyone there was kind and caring and made me feel safe. Would 100% recommend Aspen dental!
