Aspen Dental - Clifton, NJ

They gave me an appointment for 03/05/2026 at 9:00 am, I confirmed it via email, and I arrived at the same time. Then they told me they cancelled my appointment because only one digit of my phone number was misspelled, and they told me to reschedule it for another day. They have all the information and even sent me an email saying I had an appointment today. I postponed my work today, drove 40 minutes to get to this appointment, and they cancelled it for no reason. The staff weren't helpful at all. Don't go to places like this. They didn't even inform me that my appointment was cancelled. My email still says I have an appointment today at 9:00 am.

In July 2025 I went back to Aspen Dental for upper denture. The finance department was great. I asked questions about the new dentures and she answered all of them. She did not try to push me to anything which was great. She explained to me the difference in the dentures and I agreed to the one I wanted. Dr. Garcia was also great at what she does and the receptionist was friendly. The staff very professional and makes you feel comfortable. They did my impressions and less than a week I had my denture. Perfect in every way cause I did not need to put anything on them. The minute I put them on it created suction and it is now August and they are still comfortable with nothing on them. I am very happy and pleased. Thank you to Dr. Garcia and all staff. I am new to Aspen Dental, and they treated me very kindly and I felt comfortable throughout my whole experience. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped with options to improve my smile and eased my concerns. I am excited to start my journey towards a better smile. :)

Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s a comfortable relaxing place, clean environment and friendly atmosphere. They were so kind to give me a copy of all scans. They have done a thorough job with me and give me honest feedback on all of my X-ray. I have already planned in recommending my daughter.
