Aspen Dental - Cincinnati, OH (Oakley)

EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. Charlotte (hope that's her name) at the entry desk, the woman who did my xrays (wearing my favorite color!), the Dr who saw me - I'm not thrilled about needing a root canal but he took time and showed/explained my situation. Also the extra nice guy who scheduled me for my next appts. Thanks for helping me feel comfortable!

I was seen at Aspen Dental a year and a half ago for fillings, x-rays, cleanings... I was pressured into opening a Care Credit card to pay $1900 worth of services immediately following my first appointment to pay for follow up work that I hadn't even had done yet. I am young and new to the dental world, so I thought this was normal. The dentists were great from what I remember but imagine my surprise, two and a half weeks ago, receiving a $250 bill with a big yellow PAST DUE in the mail from Aspen because they filed with my insurance incorrectly. For the past couple weeks, I have been doing the run around with Aspen and my insurance because I am not liable for $250 when I already paid $1900 for work AND they screwed up my insurance claims. Everything here was great from the receptionist,the techs,hygienist and doctor. No discomfort they was very direct and courteous with there professionalism and I appreciate this location. They have by far the best hygienist in cincinnati. Literally, ZERO discomfort with my cleaning I will be back at this Aspen dental. Thank you.

Very impressive, state of the arts dental facility. Competent and friendly staff from the office in front on through the various dental technicians in back. Absolutely the most thorough dental examination I've ever experienced. Dr. Lee was thorough at explaining his evaluation of my teeth and my possible treatment options. I'm an octogenarian who's not seen a dentist in over three years. I've a lot of dental work to get through. The treatment plan that was worked out is thorough, but overwhelming because of how little of it Humana will cover. This was the easy part. Next week we begin the real work. I'll may continue my evaluation of this dental practice, if it's better or worse than I've experienced in three quarters of a century. But we all want as no drama as possible of an experience

Honestly I am terrified of going to the dentist. I decided it was time to set an appointment when I had wisdom teeth coming in. Turns out I had all 4 in. The staff were very understanding and helpful. Got me in to get the wisdom teeth that were causing me pain the same day. They explained everything and even have payment plans if you need it! Made my visit to the dentist after years more comfortable thank you to all the staff!
