Update from last visit. Aspen dental not only charged up front for the root canal they double booked and cancelled when I arrived. Got EOB from insurance; they overcharged me and kept the extra money. It took six weeks for money to be returned to the care credit account. I had to threaten legal ramifications. My recommendation is to run away as fast as you can from these shysters.

This was my very first time coming here so heres my experience. Walked in and was greeted very nicely by a kind lady at the desk. When the appointment started me and a outstanding female (Not going to say the name or age) dental assistant had some side chats while I was getting my checkup which ofc made it more fun and I even felt more comfortable going though the checkup. (Not that I was uncomfortable in any way!) After that a male came in and reviewed how my teeth looked and he explained what all needed to be done before I got braces he was also very nice and kind with what looked to be a smile on his face and asked if I had any questions throughout us talking. Overall rating would most definitely be a 10/10.

Worst Dental in Bossier. No one is picking up the phone, constantly delaying appointments.Horrible service.

Everyone is so kind and remember names and faces! My favorite dentist by far!!
