Aspen Dental - Chambersburg, PA

Not a good experience. Won’t go there again. Dentist came into the room, never looked at me, no smiles and didn’t even introduce herself. I had to ask if she was the dentist. Didn’t explain the procedure I am needing. I had to go home and google it. She told me what it’s called but no explanation at all. Extremely expensive. The girl who does the insurance gave me a 3 page report of my dental needs and it might as well have been Greek. I have no idea what it means but I know it is way too expensive for the average person.

I was really scared about going to a new dentist. I was treated with such friendliness as soon as I walked in the door. The girl that did my X-rays was friendly. Katie cleaned my teeth & put me at ease. She put some antiseptic on my back teeth so I wouldn’t feel any pain. I needed a crown & Lana & Carlos both were very friendly. The dentist was great too.

Honestly changed my complete fear Of dentistry it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a dentist office lol took such amazing care Of a very serious issue that I was having with great urgency. The professionalism was amazing and it And they have the top-of-the-line equipment like I’ve been to a few dentist and I’ve never seen such technology that gave you such a great view of what you really need done and an amazing price. I just wanna say thank you so much Aspen dental you guys Are the absolute best?

I had a great experience! I have a specific type of cleaning. It's a bit more involved. If you've had it then you know. I've had this cleaning multiple times in my life & every time it was painful, except for this time! I was so grateful to Katie!! She made sure I was completely numb before she started cleaning under my gums-line & checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable the entire time! I am incredibly pleased with my experience ☺️

Scheduled first appointment for checkup and cleaning. Full xray sets, 2 minute mouth exam if that. Sent out front for treatment plan. No explanation of X-rays, just a list of very expensive procedures, crowns etc and a $200 dollar toothbrush they wanted to sell me. 6 weeks later found 2 cavities on my front teeth. Nothing about that on the list. Called to have those taken care of before they get large. Was told I can only be scheduled for things on the care plan they printed. For something new I need to schedule another appointment and need a full battery of X-rays AGAIN. Was also told they cannot work on my teeth before they do a deep clean. I that for real? I honestly can't believe the callousness of the people in that place. Would rate negative if I could. I have insurance and they are
