Aspen Dental - Canton, GA

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. The staff made me feel at home. I felt like I knew every person there by the time my visit was over. They took care of me very quickly. This place is amazing! Would highly recommend to everyone! This place is amazing! I wasn't judged for how bad my teeth had gotten and they put together a plan for me to get everything corrected. A huge thank you to Aspen dental in Canton, Georgia!...... It won't let me post 2 reviews but I wanted to how to say that I went back and had some more work done that needed to be done about 2 weeks after. I was in some severe pain. They took me right in. I thought I had found a new dentist for my wife and myself. My dental insurance limited my choices. Aspen Dental have multiple locations. My closest location is about 1 hour away. My wife and myself had scheduled appointments there. I needed an emergency tooth extraction. Our chosen location claimed they had no appointments available for an emergency tooth extraction. They advertise walk-ins and emergencies welcome? I had to travel 80 miles each way to another location to get an emergency extraction. Once you start at one location Aspen Dental doesn't want you to continue at another location. It's all about the money. They said they would send my records to my location of choice but did not. Having had some bad dental experiences, it was refreshing to come to Aspen. The staff were are all very kind and considerate. The Doctor was particularly awesome. Very helpful, gentle and kind. The desk person was super great in explaining my treatment, costs and setting up appts. He was very patient with all of my questions and ended my visit with a double thumbs up. Thank you all!

Receptionist was attentive and spot on. She alerted me at 10 minutes that there was a slight wait and apologized profusely. I always bring my Kindle to appointments so it was no bother. The hygienist was exceptional, explained everything and was quite knowledgeable. She was also very gentle (thank you!). The dentist was also excellent. Extremely professional and informative.

I can finally say I look forward to going to the dentist!! 😁 The whole team is absolutely incredible! I've had not so great luck in the past switching from dentist to dentist and I found this lovely team from my fiance! We love them and feel so comfortable with the treatments recommended to us, and I feel like for the first time in my life I'm finally getting answers to get my teeth back to where they need to be!
