I was very pleased well informed. James was awesome He explained things clearly and was such a friendly person.I felt very at ease. The whole staff was really excellent. The dentist that I spoke with there gave me all the information that I needed. She was very honest and knowledgeable. I will be going back overall.It was a good experience!

The staff at Aspen Dental were very helpful. Dr. Gaitens finally helped me get my implant after I had been waiting for months. I previously had a bad experience at a different dental office. They were careless, lost the impression for my implant, and didn’t seem to care. They wouldn’t even follow up on my calls when I reached out to them. When I came to Aspen Dental, it felt like everyone was on the same page and truly wanted to help. From scheduling to x-rays, the process was smooth. Brianna was very helpful—she assisted with the x-rays and helped me decide on sizing it down. I really appreciated her feedback. Even the financing department worked with me and made it manageable. Went in to establish care with the intentions of getting my teeth cleaned. They were running behind. I told them it was fine, I had another appointment later but I had time. They got me in, do lots of X-rays, I’ve never had so many and I really hope that amount of X-rays doesn’t run my bill up to much. I saw the dentist and hygenist who told me many things I never have been told about my teeth. Questions answered, but my cleaning was never done… and I don’t think it was because of the lack of time. So now I have to call this week to give them my insurance info anyways but also schedule a cleaning. Which is not a big deal, but I definitely intended to have my teeth cleaned last week.

This place has been an answered prayer!! I knew for years I needed dental work done but have had such a fear of dentists office that I couldn’t bring myself to do it until I found this place. From the start all the staff has been so nice and supportive. They’ve walked me through the treatment plan, helped me with finances and even went above and beyond to work out an insurance issue. I highly recommend this office specifically, they have been the nicest, most helpful staff I have experienced!!
